NPR Specials: Climate One - Food And Climate Change
This week on NPR Specials:
Recently, Climate One's founder, Greg Dalton, attended the climate summit held in Paris to learn what food and energy solutions were being proposed outside of closed-door negotiations. He came back with food for thought - coals made from grass, burgers made from fruit - and discussed it with guests, such as CEO of Impossible Foods, Pat Brown, and CEO of the CGIAR Consortium, Frank Rijsberman. Dalton also sat down with U.S. Secretary of Energy, Ernest Moniz, to get his perspective on the summit's success and the prospects for countries actually making good on their promises.
Climate One: Food and Climate Change will air on Saturday, March 19 at 19:00 and Monday, March 21 at 08:00.
